Anorexia and bulimia are not the only eating disorders (though people with those eating disorders also might not be thin). Sometimes it isn’t physically obvious when someone has an eating disorder. Their eating disorder could be a mindset, or an unhealthy eating habit. Just because someone doesn’t look like they’re unhealthily thin does not mean that they’re not suffering from an eating disorder as well. Here is a list of eating disorders.
This may not apply to a lot of people or people may not necessarily want to reblog this, but I wanted to make this post just to spread awareness!
Sometimes people assume they had an eating disorder, but sometimes people just work really hard and lose weight the healthy way!
Some people are just naturally thin!
You can’t beat an eating disorder that easily, and you can’t just tell people with eating disorders to “try eating more” or “get over it.” It takes more than just that, and it’s both a mental and physical struggle.
