This was inspired by an anon comment I saw someone posted on an art student’s tumblr. Basically, they made a remark about how other people [are] going to school for things that actually benefit society (science, engineering, etc). ART DOES BENEFIT SOCIETY, BUT IN DIFFERENT WAYS.  (Writing, dance, theatre, and music are included, among many others!)
